What our graduates say

"The graduate program is an opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of and immerse yourself in the workings of the NT public  sector... The nature of DTF’s work gives graduates the opportunity to learn about the work of other agencies and the Territory  government as a whole."

Brittany Roderick
2021 Graduate

"Thanks to the graduate program I have gained clarity on what I want to achieve for my career and narrow down what capabilities I need to develop to get there. Not only that, I have also gained mentors for both my professional and personal development."

Nizza Doring
2020 Graduate

"I have really enjoyed meeting people at all levels from across the Department of the Chief Minister and Cabinet and to get a better understanding of how the department works across government. Everyone has been very responsive to questions and will go out of their way to make sure the graduates feel well supported. I am looking forward to visiting the regions to get a sense of how CMC operates on the ground and seeing the real policy impacts of government decision making."
